Survey on education in Uganda

Are Ugandans below the age of 30 prepared to be a part of a new global economy or be sucked into the vacuum of space and opportunity? An examination of the current educational situation in Uganda reveals three of delivery.

First, is the Universal Primary Education (UPE), which is often branded as a free entry into the educational system that only takes you to level P7 to allow you to take your national Primary Leavers Exam (PLE).

A second option, one of the most popular, requires tuition to be paid to a wide variety of private education providers that consumers can consume up to the Ph.D. level.

Another, yet a popular option, is open source courses and software that allow individuals like my sister to pick up her tablet and learn on the go or at home, even when there is no electricity.
